How do I return an item?

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return items then we’re here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised
You can return your purchase to us within 7 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective or has been incorrectly advertised. We will arrange collection of the goods and will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

I want to return an unwanted item
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened, unused and undamaged, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from the right to cancel:


-  Made to Measure – Custom Made Doors
-  Modified Doors – i.e. Cut Down, Powder Coated
-  Doors which have been opened or installed

Returning Custom Made Doors
Due to our Made to Measure Doors being custom-made, we only accept returns if the doors are damaged on receipt or if there is an error on our part. We urge you to double check your order confirmation after you have placed your order, it’s your responsibility to ensure that the sizes and specification are what you have ordered. If the error is our fault we will either offer a straight replacement or full refund.

Testing returns
We test every return for faults and defects. If you return an item as faulty or defective and our test team discover nothing wrong then we will return the item to you at your cost.
